For what purposes are personal data processed?
Personal data is processed for the purpose:
- using the functionality of the website,
- marketing of the Administrator’s own services by displaying marketing content or conducting direct marketing via e-mail, MMS/SMS or by phone,
- participation in competitions and marketing campaigns organized by the Administrator,
- enabling contact via the contact form,
- possible determination and pursuit of claims or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
Additionally, data may be processed with consent in order to send information ordered from the website, e.g. the newsletter service.
For how long will personal data be stored?
The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing indicated above. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the provision of the service or execution of the order, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
The data processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish and pursue possible claims or defend against claims.
To which recipients will your personal data be transferred?
Data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the administrator, among others: IT service providers, marketing agencies, couriers and entities related to the Administrator, including companies from its capital group.
What are the rights related to the processing of personal data?
Individuals have the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:
- the right to access data,
- the right to request rectification of data,
- the right to delete data (in certain situations),
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data (Personal Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
- the right to restrict data processing.
If the data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided (data are necessary to provide the service), the data subject may additionally exercise the following rights:
- the right to withdraw consent to the extent that they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Final Provisions
Information about changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on the website. With each change, a new version of the Privacy Policy will appear with a new date. The current version of the Policy has been adopted and is valid from January 1, 2024.
